Eleanor Natalie "Ellie" Mosco

Eleanor Natalie Canchola Mosco (Ellie), was born on February 10, 1933 in LaSalle Colorado. She went to be with our Lord and many of her loved ones on January 7 , 2025. Ellie, is preceded in death by her husband, Angelo (Pelo) Mosco; daughter, Susie Mosco and son in law Stan J Sandoval Sr.; daughter, Marylou (Louie) Gallegos ; brothers and sisters , Johnny Canchola, Frank Canchola, Andrew Canchola, Tony (Gloria) Canchola, Isabell (Walt) Wallis, Marianne (John) Grindstaff, Angela (Manuel) Gallegos. Ellie is survived by her children, grandchildren and extended family. Cheryl (Arthur) Martinez, Tiffany (Johnnie), Mikey, Benji, Tatiana, little Johnnie, Karmen, Shurrie (Darrin), Mayson, Atticus , Lazarus ,Oceana, Zerek (Crystal), Andrew, Angelo Mosco, Brandi , Jenny, Shazia (Hunter) Malcolm, Taylor (D.J.) Averie and Sophia, Ravenn, Coltan (Bri) “Abel , Jessica, Graelyn, Ella, Vanessa ( Alan) Amari, Ammanda (Ryan) Amillia, Sydnney, Janet Sandoval , Stan Jr (Jada) Shanice, Santino, Tyrone (Amanda) Jaelyn, Isaiah, Preston, Margie Mosco, James Pino, Atavia Cruz, Vincenzo Pino, Nick Pino , Nancy (Carlos) Torrez , Gina (Brian) Wiant and family, (Rick (Lottie) Delacruz and family. Brothers and sisters, Louis Canchola , George (Yvonne) Canchola, Margie Aragon, Vickie Dorffler, Isabell Rael, Virigina Patterson, Ruth Ontiveros, Juanita Mascarenas. Honorary children, Debra Gallegos, Pamela Crull, Janet Cruz, Thomas Linan. Survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family members. Our mom (Ellie) was beloved by so many. It was evident by the support of family and friends during her lifetime. She enjoyed taking care of you whether you were family or friend who became her family. She was generous, compassionate and had lots of love for all. Ellie loved many aspects of life, she had a beautiful garden, enjoyed a good book and always had an open-door policy. If you found yourself at her front door it was mandatory to sit down and enjoy one of her many delicious recipes. Our mom spent her life loving and caring for others. She helped raise her brothers and sisters at a young age, going on to have her own family, always helping others that needed a hand. All the prayers, calls, texts, checking in any way you connected with her or one of us is appreciated. We feel very blessed and truly appreciate each one of you. We want you to know that it mattered not only to her, but to her family to know she received in return the love she always gave a million times over. A viewing will be held on January 14th at the Roselawn Chapel from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. in the chapel at Roselawn Funeral Home, 1706 Roselawn Rd, Pueblo Colo 81006 Ellie will be cremated with a celebration of Life On January 18th, 2025 Mass and Celebration of her life will be January 18, 2025 Mt. Carmel Church 421 Clark St, Pueblo Co 81003 Rosary at noon, with a Catholic mass to follow at 12:30 p.m. Interment/burial will follow at the Roselawn Cemetery. A reception to celebrate Ellie’s life will follow at the Charles Murray Parish Hall (across the street from Roselawn St. Joseph’s Church hall located at 1145 S Aspen Rd Pueblo Co 81006.
